Greetings, I am so pleased that you are taking the time to explore options as you embark on your journey of wellness and healing. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by training. The school of life continues to teach me how to be a mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend, none of which I carry a license in. I have nearly 20 years of experience working with young people and their families during the hardest moments of their lives. I also keep it real enough to know that even with all of those years of experience, no two families are the same and no one person's struggles are like any other person's struggles. We are all unique, which makes us fascinating and complex. I do not use a one size fits all approach when working with my clients. It will be up to us to find the right mix of various interventions, exercises, mantras, and practices to meet your needs. That is my focus!

I believe that anyone is capable of achieving the healing they seek, and I know from countless experiences (my own included) that the biggest barrier is not only identifying what is not working for us in our lives, but developing the skill to do something about it. Lets talk about what is really going on, what you really want to change, and what you can realistically accomplish while honoring who you are along the way.
